There is an insufficient margin of clearance between the radiator outlet hose and the exhaust pipe. As a consequence, it is possible that the radiator outlet hose might contact the exhaust pipe causing damage to the radiator outlet hose. In the worst case, this could lead to the leaking of engine coolant which could cause burns to the rider.

During up-shifting gearbox operation, excessive torque is transferred to the drive sprocket, rear axle and drive chain adjuster. Due to this force and insufficient strength, the chain adjuster can be deformed, which in the worst case may lead to the drive chain coming off from the sprockets and in consequence to an accident.
