A situation which if a source of ignition were present could result in a fire. Remedy Likely to be affected vehicles will be recalled for inspection of the relevant component which will be replaced by a stainless steel item should this be necessary.

Recalls Number (Vehicles Effected) R/2004/188 (8) Manufacturer Reference 04014C Defect The nylon fuel tubing to the common rail may degrade and crack. This may lead to fuel leakage and in the worst case a fire. Remedy Recalled vehicles will be inspected for faults and if necessary the fuel rail will be replaced by one constructed of stainless steel
