DefectOn affected vehicles there is a possibility that the DCM may not complete the shutdown process within a specific period of time when the ignition is turned off causing the DCM to not restart at the next ignition cycle and making the e-Call function unavailable. As a result the vehicles do not comply with relevant regulations.
RemedyThe software of the DCM (Data Communication Module) will be updated via an Over the Air (OTA) wireless update.

DefectWith body panels that are spot-welded to the left and right front shock absorber mounting areas there is a possibility that certain spot-welds were missed.
RemedyInspect the welding near the shock absorber mounting area. If any missing spot-weld is found welds will be added and damage to the vehicle if any will be repaired.

06/03/14 | | Raised: 16/01/17 - PARKING BRAKE MAY NOT ACTIVATE CORRECTLY View/hide..
Recalls Number (Vehicles Effected)R/2016/295 (9113)
Manufacturer ReferenceCGG83
DefectIt has been identified that due to the incorrect programming of the Brake Control Module there is a possibility that the parking brake may not be set automatically when the Brake Hold or Hill Assist System is deactivated by certain conditions for example the unfastening of the driver?s seat belt while the system is enabled. When this occurs the system is designed to deactivate the brake hold function sound a warning buzzer display a message in the instrument cluster and automatically set the parking brake. If this should occur and the transmission is left in a gear other than Park then the vehicle could creep forward or backward increasing the risk of a collision.
RemedyRecall all the affected vehicles and reprogramme the Brake Control Module with the new correct software.

Recalls Number (Vehicles Effected)R/2015/110 (25)

DefectThe subject vehicles are equipped with the Anti-Lock Braking system (ABS) Traction Control System (TRAC) and Vehicle Stability Control System (VSC) which are controlled by the ABS actuator. Due to the improper shape of a component inside the ABS actuator there is a possibility that a resin component could be damaged during its press fitting assembly creating minute resin fragment(s) which could become stuck in the actuator. If this occurs the oil pressure control may be delayed when the Anti-Lock Brakes are activated causing a loss of vehicle stability and increasing the risk of a crash.
RemedyRecall the vehicles that are likely to be affected and where necessary replace the ABS Actuator with a new one.
