The product poses a risk of injuries and fire due to premature corrosion of the hoses for the power-assisted steering, which may occur, causing noise and leaks of power steering fluid. If the leak is large, this problem could cause loss of the power assistance for the steering, which could lead to a road accident. If the fluid should contact hot surfaces, there is also the possibility that it could, under severe conditions, cause a fire.
